Following the customer logging a support issue, our engineer will contact the customer by telephone to establish the nature of the problem and, if possible, solve the issue there and then. If necessary, we can connect to the user’s workstation through secure remote connection software. This enables the user to demonstrate the problem in detail and for our engineer to resolve the issue with the minimum of down-time.
On some occasions, particularly if hardware issues are involved, a field engineer will need to attend the customer’s office to resolve technical issues. Whether these visits are on of an emergency, diagnostic or preventative nature, Cadpoint aims to provide efficient and professional service with the minimum of disruption to our customers.
