Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the "Checkout" button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payments, please note that there is a 1.75% surcharge applied on orders over £500.00 excluding V.A.T.. We will contact you to confirm payment details prior to actioning your order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Visa Delta cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may also send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
PLEASE NOTE: being a UK registered Autodesk authorised dealer, we cannot supply Autodesk software outside the UK.
Shipping And Handling The prices shown within the catalogue exclude shipping; there is a single charge of £12.00 per complete order. Please note that certain items such as plotters require certain delivery specifications and delivery tends to cost more due to the size of the item(s). Delivery prices are to mainland UK.
Due to warranty issues, we cannot supply goods outside of the UK.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 1-2 business days. Shipping carriers vary between orders, please contact us if you would like to verify which carrier has been selected to despatch your order.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Please note; once an order has been placed and confirmed, the goods will ship to you. If an order is subsequently cancelled within a respectable amount of time for no reason other than a 'change of mind', we will cancel the order with no penalties to you. Each case will be reviewed individually; this does not effect your statutory rights.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. We do not accept orders for shipment outside of the UK..
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction, with both our products and our service. All goods supplied are brand new, with full manufacturers warranty; these can often be extended for a nominal fee. Full details on request. Purchased software has the option of technical support where offered, you have the option to extend this support annually if you so require; full details on request. Example cost for annual telephone support on AutoCAD would be £445.50 + VAT, which accomodates 1 to 3 users.

Returns Policy If goods are damaged in transit, they will be replaced with new goods. Once any software has been opened or installed any, we CANNOT accept the software back. FOC 30 day trial versions of software are available to evaluate prior to purchase. Faulty goods will be referred to your warranty, in some cases Cadpoint will provide replacements in line with manufacturers authorisation. All return requests must be submitted to Cadpoint in writing within 30 days of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights. Any refunds due will be processed within 14 days of receipt of goods being satisfactorily returned.
Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel an order you have placed with Cadpoint please call us on +44 (0) 1344 751300 before 16:30 on the day of order to cancel. Please note Cadpoint office hours are 8:30 – 17:30, Monday – Friday.
Remittance Terms We will always contact you to confirm the remittance terms prior to finalizing your order.
