History tells us that those companies who invest in skills during a tougher economic climate are better placed to improve efficiency and maintain profitability. If you are a director, owner or senior manager with responsibility for the strategic direction of your organisation, government funding is available to help develop your skills.

What's On Offer?

Your learning programme can be funded up to a maximum of £1000. This money can be put towards one or a combination of training solutions to benefit you and your business.

The first £500 is available for managing directors, owner managers or company directors and does not need to be matched by the company.

A further grant of up to £500 is available for any senior manager or member of the management team PROVIDED equivalent funds are matched by the company.

You can use this funding against any of Cadpoint’s standard training courses or even bespoke training to develop your companies CAD strategy. So, for example you could send two senior staff on custom CAD management training for two days – normally this would cost in excess of £1500  –  with government funding, your companies outlay would be as little as £500!

Does My Business Qualify?

You may be entitled to this funding if your company meets the following criteria.

• Company employs between 5 and 250 staff and based in England
• No previous Leadership and Management Funding from Learning and Skills Council
• Delegates must have been EU residents for three years or more

What is the Deadline for Applications?

There is no official end date for applying for this funding. There is however a limited government fund for this initiative and places available / qualifying criteria could be changed without notice. This is clearly a popular scheme and we advise our customers to act as quickly as possible to secure their funding.
